Never got my package

I have photos from fedex showing my package was delivered to the wrong address, the seller gave me the wrong tracking number .when I contacted frdex they said it was delivered to the address connected to the tracking number only problem is thatâ€™s not my address. Not EBay has closed my claim and said to talk to the seller whom is now a ghost now what can I do , EBay wonâ€™t let me challenge the case they said to bad so sadâ€¦.have a nice day ðŸ˜¡

While you can open a case with PayPal or your credit card company instead, it will close your eBay claim. If you file with PayPal, choose "shipped to wrong address" not Item Not Received. If you go to your credit card company, that applies as well. File FRAUD/FAKE TRACKING SCAM, and make sure they know it is not an Item Not Received problem. Otherwise, when the claim is submitted to eBay, they respond with the same phony delivery confirmation information and you will lose again no matter where you file for redress.

eBay will only accept "written proof" from FedEx that the item was not intended for you. It is often impossible to obtain, and likely why eBay requires it. eBay protects eBay. This is nothing new and happens every day here. If you need to contact eBay one more time, use one of the social media portals. This will connect you to US based CS that are very familiar with the problem, and do have the authority to help you. They may or may not.
