Negative feedback left via positive feedback
how do you report or remove negative feedback left by a seller as positive feedback.
my partner after leaving positive feedback the seller left negative as positive, i guess because the item was won at a low cost, and also asking for it to be returned via message. how can we report this seller or a place to atleast report the feedback, thanks

·2 years agoUse the Help and Contact at the top of most pages ("eBay Help" on these community pages), scroll down the page to the link to contact eBay. Chat would probably work for this. It is against the rules for a seller to leave a "negative comment with a positive rating" (be sure to use that phrase in the Chat or to the CS agent if you choose a callback) and eBay will remove the comment (but leave the rating).

Since you are located in the U.K. you need to ask this question on the U.K. site's community https://community.ebay.co.uk/
These are the U.S. site's community boards and the report link you need is not available to us. You may be able to find it online by doing a search for "How do I report an issue with a seller, ebay U.K."
FYI, if the "negative" comment was posted as a reply to your partner's feedback, it will not qualify for removal. Replies to feedback comments are not covered by the same feedback rules as an initial feedback and comment.
Looking at your feedback, I don't see any negative comments left to you by a seller.
