Need Immediate Help – Scam Issue And No Customer Service Support
I am posting here because I need eBay’s attention. I am dealing with a scam situation and I cannot reach customer service. Every support option sends me in circles. There is no way to call, no way to speak to a real person, and the help pages just loop back to the same automated steps.
I need immediate assistance from eBay customer service and I would appreciate a call back from a real representative who can review my case. I am frustrated and worried because I feel stuck and unprotected.
If any eBay staff or moderators see this, please escalate my issue. I need help with this matter as soon as possible.

You can ask questions right here to get an answer for many questions. Just reply with the question or start a new topic with specific title.
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here

But you have to answer the phone.

"Chat with an agent" seems hard to find, but you can try that.
OR
use eBay's social media customer service to get assistance which is all typing.

As mtgraves wrote, we are buyers and sellers like you, but many of us are very experienced at dealing with ebay issues. In most cases we know much more about ebay's policies than the call or chat reps you might be able to contact.
If you describe the issue you are experiencing we can most likely help you.

Well, eBay staff isn't here and Khoros' moderators can't escalate your issue to eBay.
There are many buyers and sellers here who might be able to assist you, though. What is your issue?
