Need help refunding order as guest - item never arrived, can't contact seller | Buying

Am having the same problem as people on this thread: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Buying/Item-bought-as-guest-hasn-t-arrived-and-can-t-contact-seller/m-p/33142577#M416486 An item I purchased as a guest never arrived and the seller closed his account by the looks of it. When I try to contact the seller through the email I received it asks me to register a new account. My guest username that was used for purchase: su_88783Order number used for the guest purchase: 11-10906-59859Sellers account name which has now been deleted: ibtihajgondal36 I have tried anything and everything, any help would be appreciated.
