Need help refunding order as guest - item never arrived, can't contact seller

An item I purchased as a guest never arrived and the seller closed his account by the looks of it. When I try to contact the seller through the email I received it asks me to register a new account.
My guest username that was used for purchase: su_88783
Order number used for the guest purchase: 11-10906-59859
Sellers account name which has now been deleted: ibtihajgondal36
I have tried anything and everything, any help would be appreciated.

Then contact customer service by sending a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebayforbusiness on facebook, askebay on X
