Need help on "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility" USPS

Order a collectible sports card last December 28, 2025 and it was shipped from seller to ebay's authentication team and was authenticated and shipped to my address last Jan. 9, 2026. USPS says it was Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility at Jan. 12, 2026.

Item was not delivered nor picked up. item did not arrived in my address (I use a forwarding address since i live outside US). I am using this service since 3 years ago and no issues.

I filed a dispute for refund and even gave a certification that it was not received in my shipping address which ebay can verify thru phone call but ebay sided with the seller or ebay's authentication saying it was delivered even though i said it was not.

Its a $400 card, and it was a big purchase for me. Can somebody help me? thank you.

The "delivered" scan indicates your freight forwarder picked it up. Once it is in their hands you need to deal with them as to the location of your item.

FYI use of a 3rd party forwarder voids your MBG protections on eBay, though in this case the item was "final sale" when it left the authenticator.

A third-party forwarding address doesn't void all MBG protections. Packages are still guaranteed to get to the forwarding service address, and not as described cases are still allowed as long as the package has not been reshipped. It's the act of reshipping the package that voids the MBG. And authenticated items are only "as is" as it applies to not as described cases. They're still covered for an item not received.

The problem you have is that according to the tracking your package was picked up. So in eBay's eyes it's been delivered. Even if eBay was going to "verify through a phone call", USPS won't release any more information to them than the tracking shows. And honestly, you have zero proof that your freight fowarder didn't pick up the package and subsequently misplace it. This is something you need to follow up on with your freight forwarder.
