My payment information is not saved!
This issue is with ebay. I always use Paypal to check out and ebay is not letting me complete my transaction. I buy from ebay all the time it always worked before but every single time now, my transactions won't go through. I have successfully linked my bank to both my Paypal and my ebay accounts with all the correct and updated information. I have also linked my card to both my ebay profile and my paypal but every time I go to check out to pay through paypal with it, it always asks for my CPC 3 digit code. I put it in, it only gets saved temporarily and when I click pay now, with just my card or through paypal with the card, I click on pay now button (blue), and then it says "Your Transaction didn't go through, try a different payment option." Every single time I go to checkout, my payment options are not saved when I try to either complete the transaction or go one window back and back to the same checkout screen. I have also relinked my bank carefully and successfully as well as my brand new card. For some reason, it keeps asking for the CPC code over and over and is not saving or recognizing the card as a payment option. I have also updated my CPC code for my card on my paypal to make that it is the same card. What is going on here?
My bank Account is fine, my paypal is fine. I bought on amazon with just my debit card and bought on mercari though paypal with my debit card in the same day that this stuff on ebay was occuring.
I swear that I did everything right and have watched countless tutorials and have followed every single step carefully but it's not working or saving any of my payment info on ebay.
If anyone knows how I can fix this please let me know
