What does it mean "we're", you mean where? Just use normal English so we don't have to even try to interpret the meaning of the words.
When you purchase something on ebay, you get a confirmation from ebay about your order, incl. the number. Go to "My Ebay" (in the upper right corner) and click on "Purchase History," you will see your order there, incl whether you paid for it or not and if it was already mailed, the tracking number (if that is how it was shipped)

There was an estimated delivery date in the listing. Has that date passed?
