my order

I made an order today, and my credit card has been charged, but the order is not listed as in process. It shows no orders there. Is this normal?

Go to your My ebay page click on Orders/Purchase history and when you get there click in the Order details button for the item you purchased.

It just occurred to me that you may mean by "the order is not listed as in process" is that no shipping/tracking information has been uploaded. That could be because of the seller's handling time or because the seller's location was affected by the massive storm that hit 21 states doing all sorts of damage.
