I ordered a bicycle battery here from ebay and they give me a time of 16 oct to 22 oct but today is 27 oct and my parcel did not delivered yet and the sellar acount is not replying my message ???

·10 months agoPer eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, if a buyer hasn't received his purchase by the last estimated delivery date, that buyer has 30 days after that date to open an item not received case with eBay.
Go to your Purchase History and find this item. Click on "did not receive it". That opens an INR case.
You then wait 3 days for a reply from your seller. No reply and still no item? Return to the case and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded from the seller's funds.
However, if there is online viewable tracking showing that your package is progressing, eBay may suggest that you wait a few more days. The USPS has become notoriously slow.
While you're waiting, how about reading the MBG. It's hoped that future transactions will go smoothly for you, but it's good to understand your options in case they don't.
