My eBay order not posted on eBay
No record of my purchase through eBay
September 5, 2026, I ordered a jar of Smucker's Strawberry Jelly. Price: $8.41, ID: 820038710115, Order number: 12-15124-94369. Instead of shipping this item in a carton, the seller shipped it in a bag, and when I received it, the lid was bent and loose. I ordered this item through my eBay account, and now there is no record of the purchase on eBay. Therefore, I can't return it for a refund.

Is it possible you placed the order using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
It sounds as if your seller is retail drop-shipping by placing a retail order to deliver the item directly to you, which is a violation of eBay policy.
