two or three item duaring one day.
after that my account has suspended.
one of my order has not ship. but
I can't contact to seller
I can't do anything for this order.
below message has appear
"You are no longer covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee"
I can't do anything.
How can I get refund for this undelivery item.

·2 years agoThe phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

·2 years agoYou need to find out why the account was suspended. They have been known to do that if they find abuse of their money back policy. Too many returns or items not received cases can trigger it. Have to file with the payment service you used.
If you have filed a lot of MBG claims, you need to select sellers with more care. You can also get into trouble using another account to get around a suspension. It too can be closed.

·2 years agoIf you're no longer covered by the MBG, open a case with Pay Pal if that's how you paid or contact your credit card.
