MX Master 4 mislisting nightmare , what do I do?

I had recently purchased an MX master 4 logitech ebay, after much issue with shipping -seller sent package under wrong name of Erin Corbin leaving me unable to pick up from FedEx pick up and leaving my item in Fed Ex package for two weeks- during which that seller pulled their listing and is arguing about refdunding me even thought the item I was sent does not match the original listing. To add more oddity to the situation I am unable to find anyone I can contact regarding this disput now that it has been resolved.
What do I do? Is their someone I can regarding this purchase out of staples store next state over or I am just screwed? I have been using this site for years and I am somewhat savy with the ins/outs of its operations but am unable to get any results on this issue, what do I do next?

You could have gone back to the Fed Ex store with your Order details showing your address and the tracking number you received and asked them for a note on FedEx stationary saying that the package's tracking was not addressed to you or to your address, without them saying where it was sent.
If ebay turned down an Item Not Received dispute you can do as was previously suggested and file a new dispute for Not As Described. If the seller is no longer a registered user, they will not be able to respond and for days later you can open the dispute and ask ebay to step in, which will get you a full refund.

·2 months agoIf the item is an INAD there is no argument to be had with the seller. You just file the INAD case and when you receive a usable label you return the item.
Btw, yo u have a lot of confusing statements that doesn't allow me to have a clear picture of what happened or what you have tried to do...what is that "staples store" next state over mean? But none the less, if you are within ebay's 30 day window for MBG, file the INAD case for a return and refund
