Multiple, different sellers with the same pictures and prices for an item. Is this a scam? | Buying

Thereâ€™s 3 listings of a watch I was looking to buy with the same item pictures and similar prices from 3 different sellers. Each seller has 100% positive feedback with each seller having at least 600 reviews. One of the sellers joined in 2008 with the other two joining in 2017 and 2018. Descriptions of the item is also the same for each listing. As Iâ€™m somewhat new to buying on ebay, is there any duplicate policy enforced for sellers posting the same listing under pseudonym accounts? Or is this just a common practice among larger sellers to garner more attention to a product they have an excess of stock in?
