Despite a month of waiting, seller has NEVER credited back $36 he promised NUMEROUS times to do. Here is his latest written promise: (How do I report this to Ebay?)

If the $36 was to pay return shipping for an item they were supposed to pay the return shipping, you get the money up front.

Did you fille an actual not as desctribed case and provide the tracking number to prove the item was returned?
