The latest encounter I had with a seller has been a complete nightmare!!!
I don't know what has happened with this sight but I'm getting NO response from anyone!!
I purchased an item in good faith and was sent a totally defective item. I sent it back and still have not gotten the courtesy of a response!! I'm disgusted and disappointed with this situation.
Once upon a time e-bay responded to it's buyers now it seems we don't matter or maybe it's just the ignorant/rude "consignment" store that doesn't even have a legitimate e-mail to communicate with not to mention e-bays so-called contact entity which is a crap shoot to find. I want my money back. I want the $20.00 I paid to sent the crappy merchandise back.
Please, someone help me!

·3 years agoIf you received a defective item, why did you pay to return it?
If you had filed an INAD, the seller would have paid to return it.
That, you won't get back.
Did you file an INAD or just shipped it back?

·3 years agoDid you file an INAD (item not as described) case? From your post it sounds like you sent it back on your own without involving ebay.
