Missing Picture and Wrong Currency
On the Purchase History, the Picture is not showing up, and it is showing the wrong Currency. In the United States it is supposed to show U.S. Currency.

The photo may not be showing and you are seeing Canadian $ for the price, because apparently the item was listed on the Canadian ebay site, item #404421335648. The image not showing might be cured by clearing your temporary internet files and cookie cache, then restarting your device.
If this transaction is the reason for your other topic, did you check the seller's feedback profile page before buying from them? You should know by now that chinese sellers with a feedback percentage below 98.6% much less below 96% should be avoided.

OP2 years agoI had to wait several minutes because the forum web site is painfully slow. Numerous problems with the web pages throughout ebay that are having functionality issues and validation problems. Nothing wrong with my computer and temporary files. I empty them every month. The problem is with ebay. They are not Beta Testing their pages and releasing them in an unsuspecting public with errors and bugs, and even after posting them on the forum, it can take forever for the issue to be corrected, if at all. I am using DSL. The web pages are supposed to work on that modality.

All of these posts of yours seem, forgive me, but quite "trollish" from a 22 year member. Are you that bored?

That listing was posted on eBay Canada, so it is priced in Canadian dollars. eBay provides an approximate equivalent in USD, based on the average current exchange rate. Because the exchange rate varies day to day, and over longer times, USD shown is only an estimate. eBay's approximate conversion is always a little bit wrong, in my experience, because they don't use the exact same conversion rate that you are charged.
The purchase transaction was in CAD, so that price is fixed once you purchase the item, but the USD equivalent varies from day to day as the exchange rate changes. So it's not a constant, and it would be inaccurate to show a purchase price in USD that changes over time.
If you want to know how much you paid in USD, then add a note to the order in your purchase history, and put the actual price you paid in there. eBay doesn't show that anywhere, so if you want to record it, you have to do it yourself.
