Missing package
So, I buyed an item that had 2 thins in it. Only one arrived, the other one was sent after (he forgot to sent it). That one never arrived. Ebay's says that the case is closed and they can't do anything for me.
It's imposible to contact usps. If I want to do it via online they ask me where it was sent from and I have no clue. Ive spent hours in this sh*t...it's amazing how a company can just say "so, the package never arrived? then f*ck you, it's your problem"

What kind of case did you open with eBay? If it was an item not received you opened the wrong case, since you did receive something. You needed to open a return case, with missing parts or pieces as the reason. If it's been less than 30 days since you received the package you can still do that.

OP1 year agoThe thing is that the case that was for the missing part it's "solved" as the seller then proceeded to send me the missing part...now the case is item not received from the new tracking available

·1 year agoEBay doesn't recognize the reshipment as a new transaction. They only go off the tracking of the original transaction. That's why it's never a good idea to go with a replacement rather than simply returning what you received, with a seller-provided label, and getting a refund. If it's been less than 21 days since you opened the missing parts case you can go back to it and ask eBay to step in. At that point they should either send you a return label or refund without requiring a return.

If you take the information that shows the Tracking Number is associated with you to your local USPS they can verify what is going on with that Tracking Number. They can determine if the item was sent to your address or somewhere else. If it was sent or delivered somewhere else then get an official letter from USPS stating this and then appeal eBay's decision.

·1 year agoYou could visit your local post office and ask to speak with the postmaster, but they probably can't help you without tracking information for the alleged 2nd package.
Did you file a IND notice through ebay? Other folks here may suggest you contact ebay through facebook or twitter and show them the messages from seller stating 2 packages.
