Missing CANCEL return request. Buyer has no option to offer different refund amount.
Ebay is broken again.
I no longer have cancel return request option after partial refund was denied.
On top of that, seller cannot make second partial refund that we agreed via messaging exchange.
Please fix this piece of garbage.

Seller needs to accept the return.

Cancellation requests are solely in the hands of the seller. If your item was not as described, missing parts or pieces, damaged, not functioning.... As long as it has been less than 30 days since you received it, go to the more actions button in your purchase history click on return item, select the most appropriate reason for the return and follow through to file the dispute, Your seller will have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label or issue a full refund. Even if they have a no return policy, If they do not respond or make excuses on day for go to the dispute open it and click on the ask ebay to step in button.
