Misleading & Deceptive add
They're description says that you get 4(four) 10 oz packages, they send 1 and refuse to send the other 3 packs or my refund and delay contact with me.
With all the NEGATIVE comments and complaints, you would think eBay would remove them as a seller so buyers wouldn't get screwed over and over. Tons of bad reviews, they got me once and I'm now on the warpath to have them removed as a seller!!

We are entitled to a full refund upon return of the item at the seller's expense whenever we receive a 'not as described' item. We are entitled to leave the feedback we feel is appropriate. We are NOT entitled to have sellers removed because they don't behave in the manner we feel is appropriate.
BTW, leaving a seller Neutral feedback saying >> Haven't used them yet, but glad I have them, thanks! << also seems to be 'deceptive and misleading' ... as well as harmful to a seller's reputation.

·2 years agoNAD Money Back Guarantee Claims are used as a measure of seller performance, and if enough buyers make the MBG claims the seller may be shut down. Ebay keep track of all types of returns.
If you do not know what Ebay's methods are to insure trust and safety, you cannot expect anyone to take your rants seriously.
If no one buys from such sellers, their listings could stay up for years because there is no harm to anyone.

Buyers never get screwed over using eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Messaging the seller is not how it works...
This is how it works…
Go into your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will either say RETURN THIS ITEM or MORE ACTIONS.
Next click doesn’t match pictures or description.
You may be required to upload a picture, after that you can click submit, complete return.
Your seller has 2 days to issue a return label or refund, if by day 4 you don’t receive a return label or refund. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
When the seller accepts your return, issues you a label, return the item. Once the return has been delivered to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund. If that doesn't happen on day 3 you can ask eBay to step in for assistance.
Good luck.

·2 years agoThe seller is dropshipping and they have no idea what they are selling or what their supplier is shipping.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

·2 years agoEBay does not use feedback to assess member accounts.
You are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
You are describing a Not As Described claim.
Open the claim from the original invoice.
You have 30 days from delivery for this.
The seller may be told to send you a return shipping label or they can refund you while abandoning the disputed product.
If you get the label, use it immediately.
When it shows arrival, ask eBay to step in and get your Refund.
The people who left feedback were ignorant of their rights to a full refund. Be smarter.
If a seller has "too many" problem transactions their selling account will be restricted or closed.

OP2 years agoI understand they eBay policy. But this kind of fraudulent descriptive practice needs to end and remove them as a seller. They didn't even apologize for their fraudulent practices. It's not a money thing, but I refuse to give into money as a solution. Get rid of that Seller!!!

·2 years agoYou need to stop naming and shaming. Coming here to complain isn't going to do anything.
If enough buyers don't get what they paid for and open claims, ebay will eventually suspend the seller. But you need to open your claim.
You've already dinged the feedback. Now open your NAD case.

·2 years agoApparently you don't understand eBay policy. Ebay doesn't use feedback or how sincerely a seller apologizes as measures of seller metrics. They use cases opened. So not opening a case isn't a matter of principle. It will just add you to the list of people complaining about the seller while refusing to do the one thing that actually could make eBay get rid of the seller.

·2 years agoTwo things to consider here, the seller is in China. For most on these boards, that's a red flag.
Secondly, it's important to read feedback left for the seller before you decide to purchase.
A seller with feedback in the 96% range is pretty much in the bowl waiting for someone to push the flush handle.
