Messaging A Seller
For a month or so I have not been able to send a message to a seller to ask a question about an item. When I click on "contact seller", a little box comes up with title of the item and a place to click buy it now. I can't type in a message.
Anyone else run into this problem?

·1 month agoCannot use My EBay to check messages since new update 2 days ago. I hope you are working on this problem.

·1 month agoThis is a nine-month-old thread about a completely different problem. Plus no one here works for eBay, so no, we're not working on it.

·10 months agoSo when you scroll down at the bottom of the box you are unable to type the message and the "Send A Message" doesn't light up blue? Works fine for me.

Some sellers are just too busy to answer questions … so we don’t have the option of sending any to them.
[I don’t know if that’s the reason why you can’t message this particular seller. IF they have thousands of listings … it likely is.]
