Max Bid increase
I have just been bidding on an item but have accidentally set my max bid to £60 when i am willing to go higher, how do I change this to be higher and will it automatically outbid someone until it reaches my max bid?
Cheers

Just place another bid in the higher amount.
Yes.

·2 years agoYou can't change it, but you can place a new, higher bid.
Here's the page on how bidding works over on the UK site (FYI you're posting on the .com site):

·2 years agoYou can place another bid for a higher amount and it will replace the bid you already have in place. Until another bidder bids more than your bid, you will still be winning the item. Each bid others place will cause the current bid price to increase. As long as yours is higher your still winning.
You should place such bids close to the end of the listing so others won't " nibble " away at it.
