Made a guest purchase, got charged, but received no order confirmation
This is my first time on ebay, and I bought a jacket for $117. I purchased as a guest, and went through with the purchase fully, and the charge even went to my card. However, I have received no "order confirmed" email, not even in my spam, and it has been 10 days. Have I not waited long enough? If I remember correctly, it was supposed to be either shipped out or delivered four days ago at the latest, but still no receipt or tracking number or email to track the purchase at all. The only trace I have of it that I can find at this point is the charge on the card.

·3 years agoUnfortunately all those ways the link describes to get your money back require a confirmation email. I suggest you reach out to customer service. There are two ways to do that. The first is to request a callback through the Help & Contact link at the same bottom of the page. The second is through social media (see links below). The social media reps are often more savvy than the third-party contractors you get through the Help link.
