What's the seller's stated handling time? It can be from 1 day to 30 days. You really don't need to be concerned about tracking. Just look at the estimated delivery dates. If it hasn't arrived by the day after the last estimated delivery date, open a Money Back Guarantee case.
As for the discrepancy in the listing, sellers often revise old listings to keep from creating new ones from scratch. And when they do that it's easy to forget to update the item specifics. But if it does arrive and isn't as described you can open an "item not as described" return.

·1 year agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
