Wrong item no refund is not true. When you receive the wrong item you are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. It does not matter that the seller's policy is no refunds because that means no refunds if you change your mind or found it cheaper. When it's not as described or the wrong item you don't even have to contact the seller.
Find the item in your Purchase History and click Return this item. If the seller doesn't refund or provide a return label by 3 days then go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
Without knowing what your feedback said it's impossible to say for sure why it was removed. But if you mentioned that you had to contact eBay, that's a violation of eBay's feedback policy. I suggest you familiarize yourself with those policies. A growing number of sellers certainly are, and they're quick to report feedback that violates one of them.
