Kate Farms Beverages
I purchased Kate Farms Shakes from seller for 27.00 on 4/2/26. I kept noticing a delay in the shipping but the seller made an excuse that she had a crisis in her family. By now there is a tracking number provided around 14 days ago but it is fedex and of course as we know they do not take 14 days to get a delivery to you. I do not think the tracking number is real and i would like a refund right away. I didn't want to trust the seller but i gave her the benefit of the doubt in multiple cases. Thank you with helping me with my refund ASAP. Today's date is-4/25/26.

·4 months agoIn the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. Evidently, that date was OK with you, or you'd not have purchased, right?
If that date has passed by at least one day, but less than 30, you can open an item not received case with eBay.
Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

If the seller uploaded a FedEx tracking number to the listing itself you should be able to see the tracking history by clicking on the Track Package button in your purchase history. If they sent the tracking info in an ebay message copy it to FedEx tracking, to see what its status is.
By any chance does the seller not have any feedback for selling at all or in the last year? If not, they may have run into ebay's 21- 30 day hold on their payments, and they don't know how to deal with it. WE can check them out for you if you post the ebay item number which you can find in your Order details, Under the item title in a light gray color. With that we may be able to give you more info.

·4 months agoCheck the estimated delivery date on your order. Once that date has passed, wait one additional day. After that, go into your purchase history and open an “Item Not Received” request. If the seller can't prove delivery, you will be refunded.
