Kanye West Shirt Scam
Over the summer I bought a rare kanye west shirt for 50 dollars, and it still hasn't arrived. I attempted a return and ebay said I canceled it and I didn't and has been very unhelpful in helping get my money back. the scammed made 50 dollars off of sending me nothing and ebay is happy with their commission and doesn't care I got scammed. what should I do?

You had 30 days to get a refund for INR on eBay,

·9 months ago'cancel it'...You probably got refunded.
This was a while back so you will need to look at past credit(s) to the credit card you used for the refund.
The shirt is not coming.
The seller probably got a 'ding' to his account for the cancel which does harm his account somewhat.

You have a 30 day window from the time of the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history to open a dispute within ebay. As others have noted, you're way beyond that. You can't 'attempt a return' for something you never received. Your payment provider is your best bet now. Seller's feedback left needs to be reported - I see the seller has 4 other negs for items never received.

I didn't read your feedback but as @soh.maryl pointed out, that seller needs to be reported for the fb reply he left and you should be able to get that fb removed from yours. Contact eBay on Facebook or X, not a phone call.
With that said, according to that feedback the seller left for you, there is more to this story that you are telling us. Looks like there was a monetary disagreement of some kind which you did not tell us about; did you try to get him to sell you the $50 shirt for $30, either before or after the sale? Would you care to tell us what actually happened?

·9 months agoSorry this happened to you. May I respectfully suggest that you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It offers very good protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.
You had 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay.
Now your only option is to do a chargeback on your card.
PS: I hope you can contact eBay and get that FB removed.

How could you attempt a return if you haven't received the shirt yet?
eBay has a really good Money Back Guarantee for buyers if they do not receive an item or receive an item not as advertised. But the buyer has to be the one to watch whether it has been shipped, and if it has not arrived one day past the estimated delivery date, the buyer has to file an "item not received claim". (Or if it arrives not as described, to file a return claim.)
eBay didn't steal anything from you. It is up to you to follow the correct procedures that eBay provides for you and if you did not do that, it is on you.
You said "over the summer"; if it has been less than 180 days (6 months), you may be lucky and be able to file a claim with your payment source (credit card, etc.) to get your money back. That is, if you didn't already receive a refund if the order was cancelled as eBay says it was.

Sorry, but you waited to long for any help from Ebay.
Contact your payment source and see if there's anything they could do after this long.
You could have reported the feedback the seller left and had it removed.

·9 months agoBuyers can't cancel a sale, sellers do it. If the item shows as cancelled in your purchase history then you were refunded at the time of cancellation.
