Changed to VirgGam without any notice whatsoever and no record at all???? Very disturbing and I want my old moniker back with the appropriate !00% positive feed back record from all the items I have purchased.

As others have noted, you accidentally created a new account, and the original one, created in 2001, still exists.
You need to revise your original post, and remove the personal information, i.e., your real name and address.

It looks like you accidentally created a new account, instead of logging in to your existing account. This can happen sometimes, perhaps if you used a new device, or if you logged in through a social media account.
Your old account still exists. You can log out of this account, and then log in to your old one, being careful to enter the correct user ID or the email address that is attached to that account to identify it.
