Did you buy a phone from a seller on eBay and its last estimated delivery date was March 7th?

If its estimated delivery date was March 7th, and it's not been delivered yet, with no evidence of tracking, you have 30 days after March 7th to open an item not received case with eBay per the Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
If, however, you made the purchase on March 7th, you need to locate that purchase in your Purchase History and check the last estimated delivery date. If that date has passed by at least one day, per eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you have 30 days past that date to open an item not received case with eBay.
