·8 months agoRoad trip. That means the item has to be picked up in person. Often seen with items that are large or heavy and would cost too much to ship.

If you actually committed to buy the item not paying won't get you off the hook. You'll need to ask the seller to cancel. Otherwise you'll end up with a nonpayment strike.

I thought of this, too, but with the OP's low number, wasn't sure the OP would 'get' it. 😑

If you committed to the sale but decide not to pay, your seller could report you in 4 days for nonpayment, which gives buyers an Unpaid Item strike. Two (or more) of those, and a buyer limits his/her ability to shop from many sellers here.
IF you committed to the sale, you might want to 'Contact seller' and explain that you missed the 'Local Pickup'. The seller could cancel the sale, citing 'Buyer requested' and you'd be gold.

·8 months agoIf the listing only states "local pickup" then you either have to pick it up or YOU arrange shipping which in most cases will be extremely expensive and difficult.
Only buy if you are willing to go and pick it up.
