It's impossible to work with eBay through Payoneer.

I believe your decision to work with Payoneer has turned the simple process of working with you into a complete nightmare, practically unsolvable.
I've been trying to register on eBay for three months, and everything has crashed because of Payoneer, which only responds to my emails with automated notifications that don't allow replies.
They send me notifications that everything is working correctly and I can start trading; but when I log into eBay, it tells me the application isn't enabled.
In short, I'll have to give up on working with you and find solutions that don't drive me crazy.

Payoneer has a reputation for being an unresponsive, difficult, unstable provider of services and is used with similar difficulty on multiple internet marketplaces.

Ebay either cannot or does not wish to interface to all the world's banking networks. If you wish to avoid having to use Payoneer, contact your bank and find out if they can recommend a bank they partner with which will accept ACH transfers from Ebay. That probably means a US bank. You could receive payments there and transfer them to a bank in your country. It could cost more than using Payoneer.

Ebay is not alone in supporting Payoneer transfers.

You seem to be under the mistaken impression you're talking to eBay here. You aren't. This is a member-to-member forum seldom monitored by eBay. Normally experienced members here would try to help, but since this is a US-based forum few people who read this will have ever dealt with Payoneer. But I'm curious why you don't open a Paypal account? Paypal is available in Mexico, and it interfaces seamlessly with eBay.
