Items delivered to parcel locker with no key
I ordered some items that were delivered to a parcel locker on the evening of June 18th, right before a holiday. The items should have been placed in my mailbox as they are small but they were delivered to an off site Parcel Locker. There was no key in my mailbox. I went to the post office the next day and all they could do was show me scans of the physical envelope. I opened multiple claims as well as tried to contact the seller but I am getting shut down left and right. Do I really have no recourse? This is unreal that I spent 300+ dollars on items that I did not receive and I cant do anything about it.

OP2 years agoYes. This is the first time I have never received my mail and it just so happened to be the evening before a federal holiday along with a brand new postal worker delivering my mail.

·2 years agoWhy should either eBay or the seller be responsible for a USPS problem? The entity you need to be pursuing is the postal service.

OP2 years agoI asked the seller if he purchased insurance on the packages and I received no response? What am I supposed to do as a buyer to get my money back from USPS if there was no insurance?

Did you ask your PO why there was no key left for the locker?
