Day 1 - Ordered a physical compact disc (CD) with software and was given a download link and told no more CDs are being send for environmental reasons. Asked for a refund and did not use link.Day 3 - Seller said a refund would be issued after funds cleared (paypal). Initiated a return with Ebay anyway to get it in the system and had ebay reject it since it hadn't been 12 days. 1.5 months in - confirmed I never got a refund and the user is not registered anymore. Submitted a request for a refund again and ebay notes they don't cover this transaction but to contact the seller. Submitted note per their direction and now waiting for a response from an account that's not registered ... Is there a way to move this along, or should I just dispute the charges with my credit card company?
