I clicked on the tracking link, and your item's label was created on Sat. August 5 later in the day. It was apparently not taken to a P.O. until Tues, the 8th. It was processed through that P.O. and is enroute. The shipping service is USPS ground Advantage, so it is on its way, but may take a circuitous route getting to you.
Sometimes Life gets in the way of sellers being able to ship their items on time. If you bought the item after business hours on Friday, and the seller has a 1-2 day handling time, they may actually have shipped on time. eBay's estimated business day delivery time frames, do not include Saturday Sunday or National Holidays, and are Estimated.

·3 years agoI guess I would've cancelled and refunded if you asked me for pics or videos after you won, or questioned my shipping so soon.
They have Standard Delivery 3-8 days, which means the seller has 2 days handling. You bought it on Fri which means they have until midnight tonight to mail it. You shouldn't be questioning the seller before it has to be mailed.
All those questions and wanting a video would cause me to recall the package if I had mailed it. Lots of sellers make labels as soon as it's sold and mail it within their handling time. You didn't even give them a chance to do that.
You would be what I call a nightmare buyer. Sorry, don't sugarcoat.

·3 years agoHave some chocolate. eBay has your back.
Almost everything is covered by eBay's 30 Day Guarantee. Check their feedback and buy from established sellers whose feedback rating is warmer than body temperature. If you don't get it or it doesn't match their description you have 30 days to get your money back.

·3 years agoConsider this. There are approximately 2 billion transactions every day on eBay. That's billion with a b. Every day. If .05% of those have an issue, that's 1 million. So at any given time there may indeed be millions of people who have had an issue with their purchase. So if you read even 100 posts about someone getting "scrwed" that's a miniscule amount of those 2 billion transactions. The vast majority of issues are handled by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

·3 years agoSellers don't always have time to respond to emails. That is a lot of chit chat for a purchase. If you received a tracking number it should eventually show movement. There is nothing else to do except wait for delivery.
You can always return something even if seller states "no returns". I would not email the seller anymore.
