Item Purchased Is Not Showing In Purchase History
I made a purchase on eBay, but that purchase is not showing up in my purchase history. I've received the confirmation email for the purchase, and when I search for this purchase using the order number I receive a message saying order is not found. I can't find how to actually contact eBay by going to their Help & Contact page. I can only find articles that have not been helpful. Is there anyone here that can give me an email address to contact eBay with this issue? Thanks.

·3 years agoI have purchased items for years and was always able to see my purchase history, now only my last purchase shows up. Why is that?
