Item paid for, never shipped
Regarding case number 5372899313: Bought the item on 1/9/26.
Dealing with this almost 3 weeks!
1/27/26 email indicates seller said item was delivered...nope! My Shipping address is correct, I've checked around my property multiple times AND my latest shipping tracker indicates on 1/23/26, the item was delivered to original sender (the seller) in NJ, NOT 6537 Mountain Side Dr., Canandaigua, NY 14424 where I live. Requesting refund!!!

This is a member-to-member forum. No one here can facilitate a refund. If the package was returned to the sender you need to find out the reason it was returned from the carrier. Have you contacted the seller to see if they got the package back?
A package being undeliverable voids the Money Back Guarantee. If you can't work with the seller to have the package reshipped you may have to turn to your payment provider for a refund.

Try to get written confirmation that the package wasn’t delivered to your address. This could help with eBay claims or if you need to request a chargeback from your payment provider.
