The seller kept pushing action by saying things like don't worry; wait longer; I even provided an alternative shipping address after time passed with no delivery. They said we resent the item to the updated address. When I asked for the tracking number, they said we can't ask for a tracking number for a resend because it will cost us $20.they again said don't worry and wait for delivery and we are committed to your satisfaction. After all this waiting time with no delivery, I asked for a refund. They sent a message saying "Have you checked delivery with the tracking number?" The tracking number that they did not provide.!!! When I answered "Please go back to our previous correspondence to see that you haven't provided a tracking number", They stopped responding to my messages and to my request to send my money back. What can I do to get my money back?
