·1 year agoNot surprisingly, the scammer seller has another neg now, mentioning a fake tracking number.

·1 year agoIn the listing where you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date.
If/when that date has passed by one day, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
PLEASE read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

Which of course your "item not received" case will be immediately denied due to the fake tracking scam employed. . In these instances the buyer SHOULD NOT file the INR claim if the tracking says delivered and gets NOTHING. Your Money Back Guarantee will be a GIANT FAIL and alternate procedures are needed.

·1 year agoDid not see that the OP mentioned that there was tracking showing delivery.

·1 year agoThey didn't. It was simply inferred by another poster based on the seller's feedback. And that post was made after yours.

·1 year agoNo ifs, buts or maybes - It's 100% SCAM
They're all fraudulent listings for non existent items.
The ebay automated feedback will be for a fake tracking number showing as an item delivered, probably an envelope.
Have you been given a tracking number essamgorgi ?
If you have, that will also be fake tracking.
You'll need to follow all the instructions that ittybitnot has given you in regards to it.

Seller that had sold only 2 items and a 50% rating when you bought the cart and its location was in China. RED FLAGS!!!
If you had checked the seller's feedback profile before bidding on that auction you would have seen that the negative was for the same cart you bought that never arrived and it was relisted as the auction you bid on, and that one sold for much more.
Even if the seller is legitimate, because they are a new seller they probably did not know about the 21-30 day hold ebay places on all new seller's first few sales. On their account page the payment status shows Pending, so they do not think they have received the money yet, which is probably what happened with the first sale.
If the seller asked you to leave a feedback so they would get paid, doing that was a mistake. That would not have released the funds it would have taken a tracking number having a Delivered scan to do that. You never leave feedback until you receive an item.

·1 year agoSeller was doing 'drop shipping' in the USA while sitting in China I believe.
A senior golf scooter?...I am going to say if it hasn't arrived it ain't coming.
Seller paid $800. but you paid $100.+
One day after "delivery...estimated date of arrival"...open eBay claim as item not received.
And ignore seller's emails.

·1 year agoYou have a 30 day money back guarantee which whatever the estimated delivery date is 1 day after that you can file a "item not received" case and start the process for a refund. The seller is given time to respond and after that time if they don't then have Ebay step in and they will refund you. I would suggest avoiding buying from China all together.

Did you leave positive feedback for this seller? Did you get the item or not?
Though just my opinion, it will be doubtful if you get this item. What was the last estimated delivery date (look at the order details, NOT the listing itself. The listing will show dates as if you purchased it today)?
You can file "Item not received" (INR) after the last estimated delivery date. However, I would wait a couple of extra days in case there is a notice of "delivery" and you got nothing. DO NOT CLAIM INR in that instance. That will mean any INR claim you file will be denied by eBay, even if the 'delivery' information is fake i.e. a package of rubber bands delivered to your local gas station or library instead of to you. eBay will insist you got the item and it will take a whole different procedure. Keep a close eye on this, and come back if you need directions for the "fake tracking scam" scenario before you do anything else. Check back to see if your seller should become Naru'd (no longer a registered user) over the next few days as well.
The listing has some tells....the rather dormant account selling a number of these when returning sellers should have limits. It is listed with free shipping through speed-pak, which I seriously doubt will ship a mobility scooter, stock photos and descriptions lifted from someplace else, etc.
