If there is a tracking number that has a Delivered scan. Then the automated system will not work for you, and the case will be closed in the seller's favor. If that is the case there is a way to appeal, but come back and tell us so we can tell you what you need to do to win the appeal.
You're covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee, which is linked in every listing. Go to your purchase history and find the last estimated delivery date. If it's at least one day but not more than 30 days past that date, go to the item in your purchase history and select 'I haven't received it' to open a case.
