·2 years agoDoes it say in your inbox of emails...not eBay...that item has arrived? Item could be in your city but not out for delivery. With tracking you usually get a bunch of emails in your in box on your iPhone or computer telling you about the stats of item you are expecting. Checks your emails first before doing anything.
And check the estimated delivery date this item is suppose to be arriving in eBay. Can't really do anything until estimated delivery date.

An eBay rep can't help you. If tracking shows the item delivered you need to contact the carrier and ask them to access their captured GPS data to determine where the package was delivered. It it's determined it was delivered to your address you likely have a porch pirate. EBay doesn't cover that.
If, however, it's determined the package was delivered somewhere else you need to find out if the package was addressed to you. If it wasn't you may be the victim of the fake tracking scam. If that's the case come back here for instructions on how to proceed.
