Item not received
I have contact the seller she refused to answer me I have not received the item the post office said the package went to a different address they thick it's a scam I want my money back please is there a phone number to call ebay

There is no direct call in number for ebay, and hasn't been since covid. It definitely sounds like you've become a victim of the fake tracking scam. @kensgiftshop has outlined the standard procedure for dealing with this through ebay (if you logically file for item not received, case will close in the seller's favor). If that doesn't bear fruit, contact your payment provider (hopefully a credit card company).

Get a letter from your PO stating that the package was not addressed or delivered to you.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
If the seller accepts the return, make a copy of the letter and ship it to them.
