Item not received
I imagine I'm likely out of luck but I thought I'd check here before giving up. I purchased an item and expected receive it because the seller had marked it as dispatched. So I waited. And I waited. I've bought from this seller in the past so I thought she was just a little behind in her shipments. Stupid me: the time has now expired for getting a refund from eBay.
So Community, is there any alternative I have for getting back my 50 GBP?

·2 years agoPer eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, if your purchase has not arrived within one day of its last estimated delivery date as seen in the listing, you have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
If you've allowed that deadline to expire, you can open a case with Paypal, if that's how you paid, or, last chance, do a chargeback on your credit card. They usually give about 180 days.
Please take the time to read the MBG.
BTW, since you mention GBP, assume you are in the UK. Some of the rule vary there, but I'm sure you have some version of the MBG.
