Item not delivered & no recourse?
I bought an item. It never got delivered. eBay says it did because some random person signed for it. So if it did get delivered, they delivered it to the wrong address. I opened a ticket and I got an email response that said “good news! It was delivered”. Then they must have closed the ticket and now I can’t escalate. And there’s no human being I can speak with about it. I have no recourse apparently. In my eyes, this was stolen from me.
I buy a LOT on eBay and have never had this issue. Can’t speak with someone? No recourse? Good news? How is this right?
