item never received
I need help i. resolving my issues with ebay in regards to item that never got delivered to me since last June but ebay keep claiming that it’s been delivered but no proof. I don’t think ot is right to pay for something through Klarna and never get the item there is no proof that it was delivered to the right address. Is there anyone can helped me resolved this it is worth $200 something dollars and it is a perfume Ive been searching for and I finally find it on ebay and never fot the item and now klarna put this account on collection.

·6 months agoKlarna...you could have done a dispute with them...this is usually payments over so many months.
These payments are taken out of your banking source exactly on certain days.
This is now a problem with your banking source...I guess you had no funds in your banking account for the payments.
This will probably go on your 3 credit reports if you do not pay it...and I can't imagine what your banking source is also saying.
Hopefully, you corrected the problem with your bank...if not...it will be hard to open a new bank account with someone else.
This is long gone out of eBay hands.

·6 months agoNow I am truly puzzled. Are you (or the OP) saying that he did not pay for his purchase, but was expecting the item to be delivered?

·6 months agoI use Klarna and know how it works...
It's like buy now and make payments later...usually once a month.
Something like a credit card but making payments on the item usually after the purchase.
Buyer has a payment once a month until paid off.
And signing up is through a banking source(debit).
It works for me.
It's similar to Affirm.
Using Klarna you get the item just like buying it but making payments(like a car).

·6 months agoTo eBay, proof of delivery is tracking that shows delivered. What did tracking show?
If there was no tracking, or tracking did not show delivery, you could have opened an item not received case within 30 days and would have been refunded. Have no idea why you would wait so long to deal with this, but have to tell you that even your credit card will not help you now.
Karma put what account on collection?
ALL new buyers, as well as ALL new sellers need to read and study the Money Back Guarantee. If you had equipped yourself with the knowledge of how eBay protects you, this situation could have been resolved months ago.
