Item never arriving
The seller of an item keeps pushing back the arrival date of an item I bought by a week almost twice now. I tried contacting them, however they keep ignoring every message. As the return date gets pushed back I cannot report the item not arriving and get a refund from ebay. Tried contacting ebay but all I got was an automated support bot that did not help at all and now I lost the money from the product

< The seller of an item keeps pushing back the arrival date >
If you're looking at the live listing, the estimated delivery date will be shown as if you were buying the item that very same day. Try going to your Purchase History page, and clicking the Order Details button. The operative estimated delivery date for that item will be in those details. Note . . . I myself have experienced updated estimated delivery dates, even in my Order Details. I thought that was impossible, but I've seen it with my own eyes.

·9 months agoSorry to hear that you're having an issue with your eBay purchase. In the listing when you made your purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. Per eBay, that IS the EDD and can't be pushed back.
Go to your Purchase History, find this particular purchase, and check the EDD seen there. If that date has passed by at least one day, you can open an item not received case with eBay. You have 30 days after that date to do this.
This information is explained to you via eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It would be to your advantage to read that carefully so that you will know your options if a transaction goes wrong.
BTW, I might point out also that, if that 30 day period has elapsed, you can do a chargeback on the credit card you used to pay for this purchase.
Going forward, please don't let this turn you off from shopping here. Most transactions go without an issue.
If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to return here.
