iTEM NEVER ARRIVED
On 3-29-26, I ordered from Seller [Removed by moderator] The tracking shows that it was delivered on April 1, but I have yet to receive it. Contacted the Seller on April 10 and he/she has not responded. Still don't have item and eBay should make it much easier to report problems instead of using this method I'm using now. GIVE US A PHONE NUMBER , FOR PETE'S SAKE. I'm an infrequent user of eBay and I may stop altogether. if this can't get handled promptly. BTW, Seller's address is [Removed by moderator]
Thanks

·4 months agoYou do not need a phone number, and eBay does not handle requests like this by phone.
If the tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or anyone else who lives with you, or you can contact the post office (or if it was another carrier, contact them) and see if they will give you a letter stating that it was not delivered to your address. They won't tell you where it was delivered if so, because of Federal Privacy Laws, but that letter should be sufficient to file an appeal on eBay.
Or reach out to your credit card provider, if you paid with a credit card, and ask to speak to their Fraud Department about a Fake Tracking Number case (if you've verified that is what is happening).
Edit: @ilove-4085 is your username on eBay, and you should never post an email address in a public forum like this. Thankfully the moderators removed it and hopefully no one will contact you via that address to try and scam you.

·4 months agoHi @ilove-4085
ilove-4085 is the Username for the account you’re using to post here, which was opened on 4/10/26 … prior to your purchasing the item.
You either have another eBay account OR you purchased the item as a ‘Guest’ (i.e., without signing in to any account).
I would first phone the post office and give the agent the tracking number you were given AND your name and address. Ask the agent whether YOUR name and address were on the package with that tracking number.
If it wasn’t … come back here to let us know. [It would mean you are the victim of the ‘False tracking scam’, which is best handled by going through the Fraud Department of your credit card company (if you paid with one).
