Is it lost? What should I do?
Hi, my package which is going to ebay center in Glendale Heights stopped moving when it arrived at Carol Stream center on january first. Since second of january I was getting automatic status that it is in transit but it stopped today. My delivery was supposed to be on monday. Does anyone (buyers or sellers) have this problem? What should I do? is it lost? The item is rare so it saddens me that sth like that is happening.

·9 months agoIt shows it is moving, but arriving late - see the update on the fifth. The arrival dates are estimates - like due dates - sometimes packages arrive sooner, on-time and sometimes later. Also, please be mindful some major storms have come through from Christmas to now and the volume has increased with the holiday packages. Hang in there....

The delivery was on time-- to the eIS plant in Illinois.

·9 months agoGlendale Heights/Carol Stream are the US plants which process your shipment for eIS on its way to you in Poland.
Look at a calendar.
New Years Day is a US holiday. (January 1)
Many businesses are closed or work with a reduced workforce on weekends (January 3 &4)
The delivery date you see is for the US plant.
When the shipment leaves the plant with a different shipper (usually DHL for Europe) you will get a new delivery date from them.

OP9 months agoI know that delivery date is for the us delivery to ebay center and when it arrives there I will get the new tracking number. I am just worried with what is happening in Carol Stream. Why the package is stuck. Usually it departed Carol Stream in one day, went to Glendale Heights post office and then out for delivery to ebay center.

·9 months agoIs this package headed to Canada? It is just moving through channels. You should get a second tracking number once it arrives in Canada and you can follow that on the last leg of the journey.

·9 months agoI had at least 10 packages do something similar last month. About a week of delay and then they were delivered. I don't think it's time to panic yet, but if you want you can file a missing mail request with USPS. It probably won't do anything but maybe it will make you feel better.

·9 months agoWait one day past the last given delivery date. If it's not arrived by then , click I have not received it and file a case. If it starts looking like it's moving , you can wait a few extra days. You must file in 30 days of that delivery date. Don't wait until the last day to be safe. You will get a refund. No telling if the item will ever be found.
