Is anyone able to make Best Offers?

I first posted about this 4 days ago and thought it would be fixed by now. I have been trying over an hour to put in an offer and get the "we looked everywhere" graphic IN the offer box. I sent out multiple offers as a seller and hear crickets, so wonder if anyone is able to accept offers either. I looked at announcements and didn't see anything specifically mentioning Offers

For the past few days, when trying to submit an offer, I also get the "we looked everywhere" page in the offer box.

eBay, can you confirm if this is a known issue?

Well, that's a mystery to me, I guess I am the only one who can't make a best offer. I can put in the amount but when I press continue, I just get the "we looked everywhere" page. And I tried 2 different browsers

Are you able to make an offer using the eBay app? Or using a mobile browser on your phone?

I was able to make an offer and a couple of hours later, got a "declined" response.

so it works for me.
