Insulting emails from eBay
I always leave feedback as soon as the items arrive. Why did I need to receive a insulting email from eBay telling me how the feedback system works and asking me to leave feedback for 5 items that have not even showed up yet? Been doing this for years! Was this email really necessary?

If receiving computer-generated emails cause you to feel bad ... then I recommend you opt out of receiving them:
My eBay > Account > Communication Preferences

If you do not want those reminders, uncheck that option and you should not see them any more.

·2 years agoI've gotten them for feedback I'd already left, but I pretty much ignore messages from ebay. 99% of it is usually nonsense.

·2 years agoI find it fairly easy to ignore any messages that are automatically generated by bots.
And I can even ignore ones that are actually sent by people.

·2 years agoI'm not insulted by it but it IS irritating that recently ebay has taken to sending reminders to buyers to leave FB for stuff that has only just shipped.
What IS insulting, as a seller, is not being able to delete items from the leave FB page that were buyer requested cancels.
