Inability to buy
You're unable to buy this item because you have a record of 2 orders in the last 12 month(s) that were cancelled because they weren't paid for. Think we made a mistake? Here's how to appeal.

·3 years agoA long time ago eBay would automatically remove your first strike upon appeal. Maybe they still do that.
They take a year to age off. Sellers can turn on a feature to block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes from bidding. I think most US sellers use the feature.
Look for Buy Now listings, no auctions because you should still be able to buy items in a fixed price listing (immediate payment required).

·3 years agoIf you've found yourself with 2 (or more) UI strikes that you think are unfounded, your link would be the way to appeal. Good luck with that.

·3 years agoNo one here can help you with your unpaid strikes. That is the consequence you pay for items you decided not to pay for. Many sellers (those could be in the thousands)can block buyers with 2 nonpaid item strikes within 12 months.

·3 years agoThousands? There are more than 25 million sellers on eBay, so I'm sure the number who employ the unpaid item block is in the millions.

·3 years agoYour post is self-explanatory. If you don't pay for two or more items in 12 months sellers can block you. If you don't think you failed to pay for two items, click the link to appeal. I'm unclear what other information you're seeking.

·3 years agoYes, being able to block non-paying buyers is one of the very few and very limited options sellers are allowed to use to try to weed out buyers who appear likely to cause difficulties.
